LuAnn Williams

Lehigh Valley artist, LuAnn Williams will be exhibiting “Real or Imagined”,hand painted silk, acrylic and resin paintings, at the Bethlehem Town Hall Rotunda Gallery from May 30 to July 6, 2017.  There will be an opening reception on Sunday, June 4 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM.  The Rotunda Gallery is located at 10 E. Church Street.  Gallery hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

LuAnn Williams has been creating work for decades, including weaving, fabric art, quilting and jewelry making.  Her most recent foray into painting has taken her to explore new elements of color, texture and medium with both natural subjects and abstract matter. Believing that color equals emotion, LuAnn focuses on color and movement in her paintings.  She has always been drawn to color theory and the play of color in real life.  Using a variety of mediums and formats, LuAnn’s work transports the viewer somewhere else … either real or imagined.

The exhibition is sponsored by the Bethlehem Fine Arts Commission (www.bfac-lv.com)
