The Bethlehem Fine Arts Commission is pleased to present an exhibition of self-
portraits by artists as well as non-artists from Bethlehem. The portraits will be on
display from September 30 through October 27 at the Rotunda Gallery at City Hall in
Bethlehem, PA. The show is entitled “ Let’s Face It" and will present a unique insight
into the participants’ sense of self through portrait art.
Among the artists participating in the exhibition are Richard Redd, who conceived the
idea and is curating the show, Mary Lou Cummings, Sandra Corpora, Rigo Peralta,
Berrisford Booth, Jan Crooker, LiHsien Price, Ben Marcune, Nancy Shelly, Gene
Mater, Barbara Kozero, Daniel Paashaus, Mary Serfass, Renzo Faggioli, and Linny
Fowler. Other notable citizens, not known primarily as artists, include Jeff Parks,
Mayor John Callahan, Dr. Christopher Thomforde, Janice Lipzin, Diane LaBelle, Neville
Gardner, Paul Willistein, Tony Viscardi, Jon Clark, Charlene Donchez Mowers, Rev.
Doug Caldwell, William Reynolds, Bob Spillman, Larry Lipkis, Steve Brosky and Jimmy
Meyer.
Hours for the show are Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. A reception with the
artists was held on Sunday, October 2 from 2 - 4 pm at the Rotunda.
Show is open through October 27th.
